Al Fanar Gas Group, which is the energy division of EHC Investment, has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Siemens Energy. This collaboration aims to promote decarbonisation and foster clean energy innovation throughout the United Arab Emirates.

The two companies plan to co-develop clean energy solutions that will incorporate advanced digital technologies into energy and industrial infrastructure. Their focus areas include hydrogen production, Power-to-X technology, flare gas management, and the electrification of ports and vessels, as outlined in a joint statement from both companies.
The signing of the MoU took place during the World Utilities Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi. This strategic partnership marks a significant step towards enhancing sustainable energy practices in the region.
