The development will take place in two phases over a total area of 400 000 square meters within the TEDA-Egypt industrial area. The first phase, which encompasses 200 000 square meters, is projected to cost $300 million and is expected to be completed within 18 months. This phase will utilize clean energy and create approximately 800 jobs for the local community.

Additionally, the project aims to localize strategic industries and will support complementary sectors, particularly in the extraction of minerals from seawater and the production of bromine. This initiative underscores Egypt’s commitment to sustainable industrial practices and economic growth.
