Abu Dhabi Government Launches Al Jadaara Leadership Development Program

The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) has launched the Al Jadaara Leadership Development Program, a strategic initiative aimed at developing high-potential leaders who embody the emirate’s core values. This program is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to advance Abu Dhabi’s long-term vision and to meet the challenges of the future.

His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement, stated that the aim of the Al Jadaara Leadership Development Program is to equip participants with strategic capabilities to navigate complex challenges and achieve desired outcomes in alignment with Abu Dhabi’s future needs. He emphasized that the program is focused on preparing leaders who have a strong belief in the emirate’s values and possess the potential to serve the Abu Dhabi community with pride and excellence.

Participants will engage in a model that integrates academic learning with collaborative workshops, international expertise, and fieldwork. This includes participating in decision-making simulations, job rotations within various government entities in Abu Dhabi, and receiving mentorship from senior government leaders in the UAE.
