The programme is a collaborative effort involving the Sharjah Police Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, the Ministry of Education, the Sharjah Private Education Authority, the Sharjah Driving Institute, and the Belhasa Driving Institute. Brigadier Khalid Mohammed Al Kay, the Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, stated that the aim of the initiative is to empower outstanding students and support their transition into independent living while preparing them for responsibilities in university and professional environments.

In addition to covering the cost of the driving licences, the initiative also includes expenses for eye examinations, training courses, theoretical and practical tests, and licence issuance fees. Furthermore, there is a related initiative that offers children of Sharjah Police personnel a reduction in training fees of up to 50 percent for high school graduates, which will remain in effect until the end of the summer vacation period.

These initiatives are part of a successful partnership between government entities and educational institutions, focused on promoting a culture of safe driving among young individuals. They reflect a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and nurturing a responsible generation. The institutions involved aim to enhance the educational process by integrating academic achievements with meaningful rewards that help students explore future opportunities.
