The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has implemented a digital integration project. This project enables employers to electronically verify degrees, which supports the broader goals of digital transformation in the country.

The service is available for qualified workers holding degrees from overseas, specifically at skill levels 1 to 4. Access to this service can be made through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s digital platforms or service centers. Plans are in place to expand the service to include qualifications issued in the UAE in the future.

Officials indicate that this project will reduce paperwork, improve reliability in hiring, and foster collaboration between public and private sectors. These efforts are expected to enhance the UAE’s attractiveness as a global hub for employment and investment.
