Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and UAE Minister Reem Al Hashimy Review Bilateral Cooperation

Abu Dhabi: Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri met with the UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation, Reem Al Hashimy, to assess the progress of their comprehensive strategic partnership. The meeting focused on the current state of bilateral ties and explored potential opportunities for future cooperation.

Additionally, Misri engaged with Ali Alnuaim, the Chairman of the Defence, Interior and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federal National Council. They discussed the importance of parliamentary cooperation and affirmed their mutual commitment to combating terrorism in all its forms.

Vikram Misri also had a meeting with Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the Minister of Tolerance Office. He expressed his gratitude for the warm reception provided by the UAE, which included members from various political parties. The discussions highlighted the shared spirit of harmony and tolerance between India and the UAE, as noted in a social media post by the Indian Embassy in the UAE.
