The delegation accompanying Trump includes Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Secretary of the Treasury Scott Pisent, and Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick. Additionally, several guests are attending the Saudi-American Business Forum, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Amazon CEO Andy Jassy.

Reports from U.S. media indicate that most senior White House staff, including Chief of Staff Suzy Wiles and several deputy chiefs, are also present with Trump during this Gulf tour. This visit, which lasts until May 16, marks Trump’s first trip outside the United States during his second presidential term. It follows a brief visit to Rome for the funeral of Pope Francis, with the White House expressing hopes for a “historic return” to the region.
