Abu Dhabi hosted a key meeting between UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and a visiting delegation from the US Congress. The delegation included Senator Joni Ernst and Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, highlighting the significance of the visit.

During the meeting at Qasr Al Shati, the leaders discussed the strong friendship and strategic cooperation between the UAE and the United States. Both sides emphasized their shared commitment to further deepen their partnership, aiming to serve the interests of both nations and fulfill the aspirations of their people.
The talks also addressed pressing matters related to regional security and stability. Joint efforts to promote peace in the Middle East and beyond were a key focus, with discussions centered on benefiting global communities and fostering development across nations.
The meeting was attended by several notable UAE officials, including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, among others. Yousef Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the US, was also present, further underlining the importance of UAE-US relations.
