UAE and Tunisia Strengthen Diplomatic Ties in Abu Dhabi Meeting

On February 5, 2025, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, received Mohamed Ali Nafti, Tunisia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, in Abu Dhabi. During their meeting, they focused on enhancing bilateral relations and discussed various ways to strengthen ties that would benefit both nations and their citizens.

Sheikh Abdullah emphasized the strong fraternal relations that exist between the UAE and Tunisia. He expressed his hopes for ongoing stability and prosperity for Tunisia and its people. This meeting highlighted the UAE’s commitment to fostering supportive international relationships.

The meeting was also attended by key officials, including Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State; Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State; and Dr. Iman Ahmed Al Salami, the UAE Ambassador to Tunisia. Their participation underscores the importance of diplomatic engagement in addressing mutual interests between the two countries.
