Agility Global PLC has announced that its subsidiary, Menzies Aviation, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the American company Secure Staff G2 for AED 1.1 billion, which is equivalent to approximately USD 305 million.

Additionally, there will be a conditional payment of AED 36.7 million, or USD 10 million, scheduled for 2026, contingent upon achieving agreed performance indicators. This acquisition positions Menzies as the largest aviation service provider worldwide, based on the number of countries and airports served, as well as the number of aircraft managed.

In a statement, Agility indicated that the acquisition will be financed through existing external credit lines held by its subsidiaries. The completion of the acquisition is expected by the end of the second quarter of 2025 and is subject to approval from relevant regulatory bodies. Upon finalization, the financial data of Secure Staff G2 will be integrated with Menzies’ financials, and it is projected that Menzies’ revenues will increase by 20%, exceeding USD 3.1 billion based on fiscal year data ending December 31, 2024.
