Turkish enterprise software company Bimser has officially opened its new regional office in Dubai, marking a step in its expansion throughout the MENA region. The Dubai office is set to act as a marketing and sales hub, managing relationships with both partners and customers.

Bimser aims to leverage a partner-focused go-to-market model to increase the number of active partners in the Gulf region, targeting a tripling of partners by the end of 2025. The company is initially focusing on the UAE market, where it currently collaborates with three partners, including a prominent firm based in Dubai that has connections to Saudi Arabia.

According to Zawya, Murat Atıcı, the CEO of Bimser, said about the strategic importance of establishing a presence in Dubai, stating, “Our goal is to become a global company, and establishing a presence in Dubai is a strategic move in that journey.” He also noted that the MENA region holds significant opportunities, allowing the company to support customers and partners more effectively through a dedicated local team.

Atıcı highlighted that Bimser’s solutions are versatile and applicable across various industries, pointing out that the company has extensive experience in over 20 different sectors. He stated that they are bringing flexibility, scalability, and localized support to the region. This launch coincides with the rapid growth of enterprise software in the Middle East, with IDC reporting that the global enterprise applications market is expected to exceed $600 billion by 2028.

Founded in 1998, Bimser offers a variety of solutions, including its low-code platform Synergy, quality management system QDMS, asset and maintenance management platform BEAM, and performance management tool Ensemble, among others. The company serves customers in more than 30 countries and has offices in Turkey, the United States, and now the UAE.
