Central New Energy Holding Group Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with Sama Tech Ventures L.L.C. to foster a long-term collaboration focused on decarbonisation efforts in the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This partnership aims to utilize Sama Tech’s regional expertise to improve market penetration and enhance project implementation, while Central New Energy will contribute its technical and production capabilities.

The collaboration is expected to advance market development in alignment with the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative and serve as a model for global transformation in energy practices. Central New Energy operates in the new energy sector, concentrating on engineering, procurement, construction, green building, smart energy management, as well as health and wellness, and the food and beverage supply chain.

Central New Energy Holding Group Limited is actively involved in creating sustainable energy solutions while expanding its market presence beyond Hong Kong and China.
