As Saudi Arabia is poised to become one of the largest and fastest-growing cybersecurity markets in the Middle East, OPSWAT aims to enhance the resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure. The cybersecurity market in the Kingdom is projected to reach SAR 38.25 billion by 2026, driven by increased investments in digital transformation and a heightened focus on information technology.

Sertan Selcuk, Vice President of the METAP & CIS Region at OPSWAT, emphasized that Saudi Arabia has become a cornerstone of the company’s growth in the Middle East. He stated that the establishment of their local office in Riyadh is a significant step in their commitment to the Kingdom. He noted that as demand for advanced cybersecurity solutions rises, this office will enable OPSWAT to better support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its ambitious digital transformation agenda.

The company has established a strong reputation in the region for its innovative cybersecurity technologies, particularly its flagship Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) technology, which neutralizes potential threats hidden in files without compromising data integrity.

The Riyadh office will also focus on local talent development through OPSWAT Academy, which aims to upskill Saudi cybersecurity professionals by offering certifications and training tailored to the region’s specific needs. This initiative aligns with OPSWAT’s global SAR 37.5 million scholarship program and underscores the company’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for certified CIP cybersecurity experts in Saudi Arabia.
