Dr. Jean Fares, CEO of Investopia, along with William Wang, the Chief Representative for Middle East & Africa at SIEF, formalized this partnership. The collaboration aims to provide more opportunities and enablers for a competitive investment climate for business leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs in both the UAE and China.

As part of the agreement, SIEF will actively promote Investopia through its digital platforms and communication channels, thereby broadening its outreach to investors and the private sector in China. The initiative also discusses the potential hosting of a global edition of Investopia in China, reflecting a shared commitment to improving economic dialogue and facilitating knowledge exchange at the private sector level. This MoU is expected to lead to new strategic partnerships that will enhance global economic growth while reinforcing the UAE’s status as a global hub for investment and entrepreneurship.

The fourth edition of Investopia 2025 featured three global forums, including the China-Arab Entrepreneurs Summit, themed “Seizing New Opportunities.” This forum attracted significant participation from Arab and Chinese officials, business leaders, and entrepreneurs.

The Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation (SIEF) is a prominent Chinese economic organization focused on improving the entrepreneurship and investment landscape by connecting Chinese entrepreneurs with international markets. Since its inception, SIEF has organized high-profile economic and investment events, including the Annual China-Arab Entrepreneurs Summit, which links top business figures and public sector representatives from China and the Middle East.

The economic relationship between the UAE and China is robust, with China serving as the UAE’s largest global trade partner. The UAE stands as China’s most significant partner in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, hosting about 15,500 Chinese companies currently operating within its borders.
