Capital Haus Acquires 11.6% Stake in Australia-Listed Equity Story

UAE-based wealth management firm Capital Haus has made a significant investment by acquiring an 11.6% stake in Equity Story, a financial media and investment advisory firm that is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The acquisition involves 19 230 770 shares purchased at a price of 2.6 Australian cents per share, which will be placed in escrow for 12 months. Additionally, Capital Haus acquired 12 820 513 options with an exercise price of 5 cents, set to expire in December 2026.

This transaction is aimed at enhancing Capital Haus’ reputation as a leader in financial concierge services in the UAE. The firm believes this investment will open up new pathways for clients who are looking to maximize returns across diverse global markets. Capital Haus has offices located in Dubai, Australia, and Switzerland, reflecting its international reach and commitment to serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate investors.

As part of this investment deal, Brendan Gow, the Founder and Managing Director of Capital Haus, will join the board of Equity Story as an executive director responsible for operations.
