SolitAir, the UAE’s only dedicated cargo airline, has launched scheduled air cargo services from Dubai World Central (DWC) to Bahrain International Airport (BAH). This new route will commence this month, enhancing connectivity between Bahrain and DWC.

This expansion is a significant step in SolitAir’s mission to establish high-yield trade routes across the Global South. The airline aims to provide reliable and efficient logistics solutions tailored for freight forwarders, integrator airlines, and e-commerce platforms operating in the Middle East, including countries such as Iraq and Turkey, as well as regions in Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, and Central Asia.

To facilitate this new service, SolitAir has appointed International Agencies Co Ltd (Intercol) as its General Sales Agent in Bahrain. Intercol is expected to leverage its local expertise, customer-focused service teams, and strong track record in air freight operations to support the airline’s objectives in the region.
