Elle, the renowned fashion and lifestyle brand owned by the French Lagardère Group, is making its Middle East debut with an exclusive residential project on Dubai Islands. This ambitious project is valued at AED450 million ($122.5 million) and follows the success of Elle’s first residential tower in Miami.

The development is being spearheaded by Anax Developments under a licensing agreement with Lagardère News, a division of the Lagardère Group. At a formal signing ceremony, Satish Sanpal, Chairman of Anax Holding, and François Coruzzi, CEO of Elle International Licenses, established a strategic partnership to launch Elle’s inaugural branded residential project in the UAE.
Elle Residences Dubai Islands is poised to be an architectural and cultural landmark, designed by The One Atelier, which is celebrated for its luxury residences for brands such as Dolce & Gabbana and Fendi Casa. The design firm Arquinaut, known for creating the original Elle Residences concept, will oversee the architecture and interiors of the project.
This collaboration with Anax Developments is viewed as a significant synergy for Elle, as it aligns with a well-respected UAE-based partner that possesses extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Anax is recognized as one of Dubai’s most innovative developers, bringing a solid track record in luxury development and a commitment to quality.
The partnership ensures that Elle’s first residential project in the Middle East meets the cultural nuances and high expectations of the region’s discerning buyers. Together, Elle and Anax aim to deliver a project that embodies the brand’s global standards of style and sophistication while authentically resonating within Dubai’s evolving luxury lifestyle landscape.
Located in one of Dubai’s most ambitious waterfront developments, the project reflects Elle’s signature blend of style, individuality, and cultural sophistication. Residents will enjoy a lifestyle that emphasizes contemporary design, well-being, and a strong connection to the vibrant Persian Gulf surroundings.
In announcing the project, Satish Sanpal expressed his excitement, stating, “We’re thrilled to bring Elle’s iconic lifestyle to Dubai through our partnership for Elle Residences on Dubai Islands.” He emphasized that Dubai is the perfect location for such a bold venture, which aims to create a joyful living experience that captures the essence of Elle.
Constance Benqué, CEO of Elle International and Lagardère News, highlighted Elle’s legacy of innovation, saying, “We’re excited to unveil Elle Residences Dubai Islands in collaboration with our esteemed partners.” She noted that the project combines timeless French flair with Dubai’s dynamic energy, marking an evolution in residential living.
The One Atelier and Arquinaut will collaborate to ensure the project marries Elle’s global aesthetic with local inspiration, creating a unique residential narrative. Michele Galli, CEO of The One Atelier, remarked on the rarity of this opportunity, noting, “This is a rare opportunity to create a project that resonates emotionally and culturally with a global audience.”
