HAYAH, a digital life insurer based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has partnered with APRIL to introduce a new range of health insurance and international private medical insurance (IPMI) products. These offerings are designed to provide health coverage for individuals, families, and businesses through a streamlined digital experience.

The initial product from this partnership is an exclusive IPMI solution aimed at the expatriate community residing in Dubai. By merging HAYAH’s digital capabilities with APRIL’s international expertise, the collaboration aims to improve the accessibility of health protection within the Emirates.
Currently, the health insurance solutions are available in Dubai, with plans for expansion to other locations in the region in the near future. HAYAH CEO Mohamed Seghir expressed pride in the partnership, stating that they are committed to delivering innovative and customer-focused health insurance solutions to the UAE.
Seghir emphasized that the focus is on providing immediate benefits to individuals and businesses across the country, ensuring access to world-class health insurance. Romain Di Meglio, head of IPMI for APRIL Group Asia and the Middle East, noted that HAYAH’s dedication to innovation aligns with APRIL’s goal to simplify health insurance for all.
Di Meglio highlighted that the partnership represents a significant advancement in offering comprehensive and flexible IPMI that caters to the diverse needs of the UAE’s population. In 2023, HAYAH also introduced its Simple Saver plan, which aims to facilitate investment and wealth accumulation for UAE residents.
