The Sharjah Police General Command has partnered with Emirates Post Group (EMX) to provide a new service that delivers vehicle ownership documents and driving licences directly to customers’ doorsteps. This cooperation agreement was signed with key officials present, including Brigadier General Dr Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, the Director General of Operations and Security Support at Sharjah Police, and Ali Mousa, the Senior Director of the Commercial Sector at Emirates Post.

Brigadier Al Naour emphasized that this collaboration reflects Sharjah Police’s dedication to enhancing smart, customer-focused services, aligning with the UAE government’s vision for effective and sustainable service delivery. According to the terms of the agreement, Emirates Post is responsible for delivering official vehicle documents and driving licences to customers at their specified locations within a set timeframe, adhering to high service quality standards. This development aims to streamline administrative processes and promote a more sustainable approach to public service delivery.
