UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed a delegation from the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, along with the winners of the first edition of the Abu Dhabi Effortless Customer Experience Award. The meeting took place at Qasr Al Bahr.

The meeting was also attended by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. During the discussions, His Highness engaged with the department’s Customer Experience Team, focusing on key initiatives that aim to enhance service delivery.

His Highness highlighted the significance of ongoing engagement between government entities focused on service and the community. He emphasized the need for efficient and effective services that cater to all segments of society. Furthermore, His Highness stressed the importance of collaboration and innovation among individuals and businesses to foster positive social impact.

In response, the department’s delegation reiterated its dedication to improving service efficiency and accessibility. They plan to achieve this by leveraging the latest technological solutions in the field.
