Since its launch, the platform has monitored over 279 000 property listings on major marketing platforms such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut. Notably, 29 percent of these listings were automatically modified by artificial intelligence to ensure they comply with advertising standards.

Ali Abdullah Al Ali, Director of the Real Estate Control Department at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, part of DLD, stated that these outcomes highlight the department’s commitment to enhancing oversight in the real estate market through advanced technology. He emphasized that the Real Estate Advertising Governance Platform allows for more accurate and efficient monitoring of advertisements, thereby increasing both investor and consumer confidence and reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global hub for real estate innovation.

The DLD’s advertising monitoring platform operates in compliance with all regulatory standards. Al Ali explained that daily monitoring guarantees full adherence to these standards, showcasing the DLD’s strategic direction toward digital innovation. He noted that incorporating artificial intelligence into oversight serves as a crucial tool that aligns with the department’s commitment to achieving the highest quality standards in its services.

This platform is part of broader initiatives associated with Dubai AI Week, running from April 21 to April 25, which aims to highlight digital transformation efforts across various sectors.

Additionally, the DLD, through its Real Estate Regulatory Agency, has launched the ‘Madmoun’ electronic service within the Trakheesi system. This service provides a QR code for every real estate advertisement permit, which must be displayed on all advertisements—whether visual or written—allowing consumers to verify the authenticity of listings in real time.
