Founded in 2023 by Ivan Kozlov, Fedor Chmile, and Tim Shekikhachev, Resolv Labs is centered on delta-neutral strategies aimed at facilitating low-risk cryptocurrency investments. The newly secured funding will be instrumental in expanding its investment strategies and enabling integration with institutional digital asset managers.

Resolv Labs’ approach reflects a growing trend in the cryptocurrency market where sophisticated financial engineering is being adapted to address the volatility that has historically made institutional investors cautious. Their delta-neutral strategies are designed to minimize exposure to price fluctuations while allowing for yield capture. According to their 2023 research, altcoin-based strategies have yielded up to 17.94% annual profit with limited drawdowns.

As the stablecoin market has exceeded US$227 billion, there is an increasing demand for stability within crypto ecosystems. However, many existing solutions do not focus on yield generation as a core feature. Resolv Labs aims to fill this gap with a two-tiered risk structure that appeals to both conservative yield seekers and more risk-tolerant investors looking for higher returns.
