Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has announced the launch of Heights Tower, a new mixed-use development that will transform urban luxury living in the region. Sales for the upscale residences will begin on April 16, 2025. The tower is situated on the final plot within the original DIFC district and is adjacent to the forthcoming Four Seasons Private Residences.

Heights Tower will feature 366 luxury residences, which include one-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplexes, spread across 32 floors. Additionally, the development will incorporate shell and core office spaces, as well as retail areas for food and beverage outlets and stores. The project aims to fulfill the growing demand for a sophisticated urban lifestyle and is expected to be completed by 2029.
This new development marks the second residential project by DIFC, alongside its ongoing efforts to evolve as a premier business and lifestyle destination. Savills has been appointed as the master broker for Heights Tower. The project is seen as a continuation of DIFC’s vision to attract global talent, businesses, residents, and investors to the area.
Heights Tower is designed with modern family-friendly amenities, including a family lounge, an outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The building’s exterior features interlocking geometries, and the design incorporates biophilic elements aimed at promoting a sense of community and work-life balance.
Saleh Al Akrabi, Chief Real Estate Officer at DIFC Investments, stated that Heights Tower reflects DIFC’s commitment to creating a vibrant and sustainable community. He emphasized that the development sets a new benchmark for urban living by integrating wellbeing, connectivity, and convenience for professionals in finance and innovation.
In alignment with DIFC’s sustainability goals, Heights Tower aims to achieve Platinum LEED certification. The tower will be strategically located on Al Sukuk Street, offering stunning views of Dubai Creek Harbour to the east, the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline to the west, and select units with views of the Burj Khalifa.
DIFC has also been recognized with the Metasys Pioneer Award 2025, showcasing its dedication to innovation in building and property management.
