Emirates Airlines concluded its participation in the ITB Berlin 2025 International Tourism and Travel Fair by signing 11 strategic agreements over the three-day event. This move reflects the airline’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its global network and attracting travelers from around the world.

According to a statement released today, Emirates officials held 270 high-level meetings and welcomed over 6,000 visitors at their booth. The airline showcased the latest features of its Airbus A350 aircraft, along with various sustainability initiatives and other offerings.
During the fair, Emirates renewed its memorandum of understanding with the Austrian National Tourist Office. This renewal reinforces Emirates’ dedication to drawing travelers to Vienna, celebrating a decade since the airline began operations to the Austrian capital, having transported over 5 million passengers between Dubai and Vienna to date.
In a similar effort to promote tourism to Malta, Emirates signed a memorandum of understanding with the Malta Tourism Authority. This agreement aims to enhance incoming tourism to the Mediterranean gateway from various regions of the airline’s global network.
Emirates also expanded its partnerships in the growing cruise sector during this year’s ITB Berlin. The airline extended its strategic collaborations with TUI Cruises, Costa Cruises, and AIDA Cruises, emphasizing its long-term commitment to positioning Dubai as a preferred global cruise destination. The timing of the partnership extension with TUI Cruises coincides with the launch of their second ship, which will operate in Dubai for the 2025-2026 cruise season.
The enhanced collaboration with Costa Cruises will last until 2027, focusing on improved transport solutions between Dubai International Airport and the cruise terminal at Dubai Harbor. Throughout the exhibition, Emirates worked on expanding its partnerships with major global travel platforms, underlining its commitment to excellence in customer experience from booking to boarding.
Additionally, Emirates strengthened its long-term partnership with Expedia Group to elevate the travel experience for passengers, facilitating the customization of their journeys with Emirates. The airline also renewed its global partnership with Trip.com, which aims to boost Trip.com’s global presence, leveraging Emirates’ extensive international network and coordinating promotional efforts in key Asian and European markets.
