One-Stop Solution: Access All UAE Government Services at EGSH in Dubai

Managing essential government-related tasks, like renewing trade licenses, applying for work permits, or updating residency permits, can often mean visiting multiple offices. But in Dubai, the Emirates Government Services Hub (EGSH) offers a simpler solution by bringing all these services together in one location.

Launched in 2024 and owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum, EGSH is designed to streamline government processes. The centre allows individuals and businesses to complete tasks like Ejari registration, residency permit renewals, and document attestation in just one visit.

As reported by Gulf Today, the process is straightforward. Users can book an appointment at egsh.ae, choose a service, and meet with specialists from relevant government departments. These experts guide them through applications, handle paperwork, and ensure all documents meet official requirements.

EGSH offers services across various sectors, including trade name renewals and commercial licenses from Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET), residency and visa services from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFAD), and employment-related processes under the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). Real estate services like Ejari contract registration and lease agreements are also available, along with free zone license issuance and even legal consultations.

Located on the first floor of the Art of Living Mall in Al Barsha 2, the hub operates from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm, and remains closed on Sundays.

For businesses and residents, EGSH is a game-changer, providing convenience and efficiency by consolidating a wide range of government services under one roof.
