JAGGAER has unveiled its latest innovation, JAI, an intelligent human-guided AI orchestrator designed to revolutionize enterprise procurement. Officially introduced in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on June 25, 2025, JAI promises to enhance supply chain management by offering advanced guidance and navigation, positioning itself as not just an assistant but a valuable partner for procurement teams.

As the landscape of global commerce evolves with agentic AI, JAGGAER is redefining the interaction between procurement and technology. JAI, part of the JAGGAER One platform and an evolution of JAGGAER Assist, functions as an embedded conversational chatbot. It is powered by large language models (LLMs) and includes capabilities such as Q&A, purchase order invoice anomaly detection, and generative AI drafting and summarization, all supported by robust orchestration. This new solution aims to provide customers with intuitive and efficient user experiences while integrating a necessary “Human in the Loop” approach.
Starting today, JAGGAER customers can utilize JAI Assist, which serves as a conversational assistant that streamlines procurement processes. JAI Assist answers questions, guides navigation, and facilitates tasks including Request for Proposal (RFP) creation and supplier evaluation. Looking ahead to 2025, the JAI Copilot will deliver advanced contextual support by identifying outliers, suggesting actions, and providing real-time guidance across various procurement areas, thus saving considerable analysis time. Eventually, JAI Autopilot will emerge as a no-code/low-code platform to manage complex procurement workflows autonomously, enhancing strategic decision-making for users.
Previously, JAGGAER’s AI features focused on self-service help and knowledge retrieval. However, the upcoming fall release of JAI will integrate intelligent features to manage tasks like forecasting, spend and cash flow management, contract management, and RFx automation within a unified, conversational experience. JAI aims to transform user engagement and decision-making, enabling a more collaborative approach between users and AI agents, whether for sourcing, contracting, or category strategy.
