BENEFIT, the Kingdom’s leading innovator in FinTech and electronic financial transactions services, has announced the launch of the second cohort of its Ruwaad BENEFIT Leadership Program. This new cohort builds upon the success and impact of the inaugural cohort that took place last year.

The Ruwaad BENEFIT Leadership Program is designed as a comprehensive, four-month experience aimed at accelerating the development of emerging leaders. Participants will gain advanced skills, strategic insights, and practical experiences that are essential for excelling in their careers and making significant contributions to Bahrain’s dynamic FinTech landscape.
Ms. Muneera Al Jaber, Manager of Learning & Development at BENEFIT, emphasized the program’s importance, stating that the launch of the second cohort represents the culmination of the outstanding success achieved by the inaugural cohort and the notable progress showcased by its participants. She highlighted that investing in the development of young talent is crucial for fostering sustainable leadership and excellence within the financial sector.
Ms. Al Jaber also noted that this initiative reflects BENEFIT’s commitment to nurturing leadership talent and equipping emerging professionals with the necessary skills and expertise to shape the future of the financial sector while driving innovation within the company.
She added that the Ruwaad BENEFIT Leadership Program is part of a broader series of successful initiatives aimed at strengthening the capabilities of Bahraini youth. These initiatives provide practical experience and high-caliber skills in FinTech, including the Internship Program “Masar” and the FinTech Drivers Program. Ms. Al Jaber assured that efforts to develop and empower emerging talent will continue, ensuring their active contribution to the growth and advancement of Bahrain’s FinTech sector.
