The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Noventiq, a global leader in digital transformation. This partnership aims to enhance the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies within the UAE’s industrial sector.

The agreement was formalized by H.E. Omar Suwaina Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary of MoIAT, and Sergey Chernovolenko, President and COO of Noventiq, during the ongoing Make it in the Emirates 2025 event at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The event will run until May 22, 2025.

As part of this collaboration, 20 national factories will receive digital upgrades to transform into model smart facilities. Noventiq will contribute services valued at AED 3 million to support MoIAT’s Industry 4.0 program, which aligns with the UAE’s broader vision for advancing industrial innovation and digital transformation.
