Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai, announced that the UAE is preparing to make its second attempt to land on the far side of the Moon. This ambitious project follows a new deal with a US firm that will support the mission. The UAE aims to become only the second nation to successfully achieve a lunar landing on this unexplored part of the Moon.

The upcoming mission will utilize a small robotic rover designed to conduct various scientific experiments. Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the significance of this endeavor, stating that it represents a crucial step in the UAE’s broader space exploration goals.
