Kuwait Airways has entered into a partnership with Rolls-Royce PLC to improve the operational efficiency of its aircraft engine systems. This collaboration is part of the airline’s strategy to enhance its operations and adapt to the changing dynamics of the global aviation market.

As reported by ZAWYA, Abdulmohsen Al-Fagaan, the chairman of Kuwait Airways, highlighted that this initiative aligns with the airline’s strategic goals, which have strong backing from the political leadership in Kuwait. He noted that the agreement represents a significant advancement in the partnership between Kuwait Airways and Rolls-Royce, a prominent engineering firm based in the UK.

The airline has consistently focused on enhancing the quality of its fleet. Al-Fagaan stated that these improvements will ultimately provide passengers with increased convenience and comfort while onboard.

Ewen McDonald, Chief Customer Officer at Rolls-Royce, commended the relationship between the two companies, referring to Kuwait Airways as one of Rolls-Royce’s most trusted partners. He emphasized that through their joint efforts, Kuwait Airways would fortify its aircraft systems, leading to enhanced durability and efficiency in operations.
