The launch event took place in Dubai and featured notable attendees, including Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of Damac, and Todd Kline, President of Commercial at Chelsea F.C. This marks the first branded residential collaboration between Damac and Chelsea F.C. in the region, highlighting a significant partnership in the real estate market.

The Chelsea Residences will feature a variety of branded amenities, such as a rooftop football pitch, fitness and wellness facilities, and a private cinema. Additional planned features include an infinity pool, a cryotherapy centre, a yoga studio, and several recreational areas.

Residential units will adhere to biophilic design principles, characterized by floor-to-ceiling windows and interior aesthetics that blend influences from London and Dubai. The starting price for these apartments is set at Dh2.17 million, with options available for one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations.
