Visit Qatar has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Satguru Travel, a prominent travel agency with a significant presence in Africa, at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 held in Dubai. This partnership is designed to promote Qatar as a preferred destination for African travellers and to expand its visibility across the continent.

The MoU was officially signed by Mr. Saleh Al Nisf, the Middle East and Africa Senior Manager for International Markets at Visit Qatar, and Mr. Prakash Lalchandani, Vice President of Satguru Travel Group. Both parties aim to collaborate on creating integrated marketing campaigns that will utilize Satguru’s extensive network in the region.

Additionally, they will share valuable market insights to effectively target and attract more visitors from Africa. This strategic alliance is expected to significantly boost Qatar’s tourism sector by tapping into the growing number of African travellers seeking new destinations.
