This achievement reflects the accelerated development of the private aviation sector and reinforces Al Maktoum International Airport’s position as a leading hub for international private aviation in the region.

Khalifa Al Zafeen, the CEO of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, stated that the private aviation movement continues to grow each year, driven by the contributions of both the business and tourism sectors in Dubai. He emphasized the commitment of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aviation project to support this growth through a comprehensive system designed for private aircraft owners and high-net-worth individuals, including a private aviation terminal equipped with the latest technologies. Al Zafeen also noted the ongoing efforts to establish Dubai as a global aviation capital in line with the vision of the emirate’s leadership.

Additionally, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aviation project offers investment opportunities for global aviation companies, serving as a free zone for specialized aviation firms, private aviation, and companies involved in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The project is situated within Dubai South, which has been developed to be a center for various types of maintenance and a destination for training and education, aiming to enhance the emirate’s vision of becoming a world-leading aviation hub.
