The Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported that HENGE’s entry into the Abu Dhabi real estate market aims to introduce a new perspective on luxury residential living in the capital. The project is part of Nord’s long-term vision to enhance urban living through a design-focused approach.

Financial projections from Nord Lifestyle Development indicate that the company expects to generate around AED1 billion in revenue over the next three years. This ambitious forecast underscores the firm’s commitment to establishing a strong presence in the UAE real estate landscape.
