Polynome Group has announced the launch of The AI Academy, an educational initiative focused on artificial intelligence, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi School of Management. This Academy aims to cultivate a new generation of AI leaders by integrating advanced research with practical industry insights, thereby enhancing the Middle East’s standing in the global AI landscape.

The strategic partnership agreement was officially signed in the presence of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, during the annual professional AI summit titled “Machines Can See.” The AI Academy will initially offer a series of short-format programs specifically designed for executives, senior government officials, and technical specialists. These curated sessions will cover essential AI concepts, national strategies, generative AI tools, and applications at the executive level, making AI more accessible across various sectors.
Following this initial rollout, the Academy plans to introduce the Chief AI Officer Programme (CAIO), a flagship leadership program lasting 3 to 4 months. This program will be structured into eight advanced modules that equip participants with a thorough understanding of AI strategy, governance, and implementation in sectors such as finance, healthcare, and public administration. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend exclusive seminars led by prominent scientists and industry leaders, providing insights into the latest advancements in areas including computer vision, large language models, sovereign AI, and AI ethics.
The AI Academy is committed to advancing practical AI education and has partnered with NVIDIA to enhance its offerings. This collaboration will integrate NVIDIA’s expertise and technologies into select programs, furthering the mission to boost AI readiness and its real-world applications across the region.
