The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure is participating in the fourth edition of the Electric Vehicles Exhibition and Conference, taking place in Abu Dhabi from April 21 to 23. This event aims to highlight advancements in the electric vehicle sector.

Engineer Sharif Al Olama, the Undersecretary for Energy and Petroleum Affairs at the ministry, stated that the UAE is making steady progress towards enhancing its electric mobility ecosystem. The nation is focusing on developing a comprehensive infrastructure that relies on innovation and clean technology.

The ministry is also continuing to strengthen its collaboration with partners in both the public and private sectors. These efforts include implementing quality projects that expand charging stations, updating legislative frameworks, and encouraging investments in smart transportation technologies.
