The C Holding Group has announced the launch of “Sustainable City 2.0 (TSC 2.0),” a developed version of its future city model, during the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM Congress) in Abu Dhabi. This company specializes in creating sustainable communities and has a well-established framework known as “Sustainable City.”

Faris Said, the Chairman and CEO of C Holding, emphasized that the new city is not just a far-off vision but a realistic model that is being built today. He highlighted that it relies on artificial intelligence technologies, aims for net-zero emissions, and is designed specifically to meet human needs. Said noted that the company is leveraging over a decade of accumulated experience and ongoing successes in building sustainable communities, introducing a revolutionary urban model that caters to the aspirations of future generations.

For over 10 years, the original Sustainable City model has set a global standard for future urban development. The Sustainable City in Dubai has achieved significant environmental and economic results since its inception, including a remarkable 78% reduction in carbon emissions and diverting 89% of waste away from landfills.
