Emirates Group has renewed its partnership with Rolls-Royce for an additional five years, emphasizing its commitment to developing leadership skills among UAE Nationals. This renewal allows five more groups of UAE Nationals to participate in a specialized training program tailored exclusively for them.

The formal signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) took place between Adel Al Redha, Deputy President and Chief Operations Officer of Emirates Airline, and Ewen McDonald, Chief Customer Officer at Rolls-Royce. Senior executives from both organizations were present to witness this significant agreement.
Under this renewed collaboration, an additional five cohorts of UAE Nationals will receive exclusive leadership training aimed at enhancing their industry-specific knowledge and career prospects. To date, 175 participants from 11 cohorts have successfully completed the program, with many now occupying senior leadership roles within various divisions of the Emirates Group.
The Rolls-Royce Leadership Programme is a key component of Emirates Group’s leadership development strategy, equipping UAE Nationals with vital skills that drive business success. The upgraded curriculum includes advanced modules covering Financial Management, Sustainability, Emerging Technologies, and Innovation, ensuring participants are well-prepared for the evolving demands of the corporate world.
