The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) has reported significant success with its Visiting Physician Programme, which has supported more than 3,200 patients dealing with rare and complex health conditions since its inception. The program aims to enhance patient care by providing access to specialized healthcare professionals from around the world.

Launched to address the needs of patients requiring advanced medical expertise, the Visiting Physician Programme connects local patients with international specialists.
