PDS Multinational FZCO, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of PDS, has announced the incorporation of a new entity named Tritron Fashion FZCO in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This notification was made to the Company’s officer on March 6, 2025, and the new subsidiary became effective on March 3, 2025.

The establishment of Tritron Fashion FZCO marks an expansion for PDS in the UAE market. As a step-down subsidiary, Tritron will operate under PDS Multinational FZCO, allowing the company to enhance its business operations and reach within the region.
