ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation recognized for its enterprise IT management solutions, is set to hold its User Conference at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, on February 18th and 19th, 2025. The focus of this year’s conference will be on how enterprises can prepare for the AI era.

According to Al Bawaba, Rajesh Ganesan, the CEO of ManageEngine, told about the importance of AI as a driver for digital transformation. He noted that businesses must create their own paths to harness the benefits of AI while managing its risks. Ganesan stated, “At this year’s Dubai User Conference, we will engage with our customers and partners in the UAE to explore how modern enterprises can navigate through challenges and be AI-ready.”
According to a report by PwC, AI is expected to contribute 2% of the total global economic benefits, amounting to USD 320 billion, to the Middle East by 2030. Furthermore, the UAE anticipates that AI will account for nearly 14% of its GDP by the same year. The region’s AI-driven economic growth is projected to rise between 20% to 34% annually, with the UAE leading this expansion.
Nirmal Kumar Manoharan, the regional director at ManageEngine, highlighted the UAE government’s ambitious AI vision, which aims for the country to be a global leader in AI by 2031. He mentioned that several national initiatives are already in place to enhance AI capabilities and promote its adoption across both government and enterprise sectors. Manoharan stated that ManageEngine is dedicated to empowering UAE businesses to support the country’s vision through AI-enhanced solutions, which will help organizations tackle current IT challenges and prepare for future developments.
The User Conference will cover the business impacts of AI, strategies to overcome related challenges, and how organizations can use AI to gain a competitive edge. Key highlights include a keynote address by Rajesh Ganesan on the role of AI in driving digital maturity, insights into AI’s current and future landscape from Ramprakash Ramamoorthy, head of AI research at ManageEngine, and discussions on cloud adoption influenced by AI from Manish Ranjan, research director for software and the cloud at IDC EMEA.
Attendees will also have the chance to engage in a Q&A session with the leadership team, earn certifications, and participate in technical workshops and networking forums. The conference aims to provide valuable insights into AI readiness and features panel discussions with tech experts from the UAE, catering to organizations seeking to enhance their AI capabilities.
