PARAGON Developments has officially opened its first regional office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as announced in a recent press release. This move marks a significant step in the company’s efforts to expand its presence and share its expertise in the real estate sector.

The opening aligns with PARAGON’s participation in the Nile Expo Real Estate Exhibition, which is considered one of the leading events in the region. Mohamed Bedeir, Chairman of PARAGON Developments, indicated that the firm aims to build on the success of its projects in Egypt, including PARAGON 1, PARAGON 2, and PARAGON 3. He stated that the company plans to deliver 360 000 square meters of mixed-use facilities in Saudi Arabia.

Bedeir emphasized that this new office is vital for integrating lifestyle, culture, well-being, business, and hospitality into their projects. He noted that this expansion is a strategic milestone that supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, aiming to create future-ready and high-performance spaces.

In addition, Bedeir Rizk, CEO of PARAGON Developments, shared that the company is planning to develop and manage 200 000 square meters of office space by 2027, with an ambitious target of 500 000 square meters by 2030 in key cities like Riyadh and Jeddah.

Ahmed Shaarawy, Commercial Vice President at PARAGON Developments, remarked that the company’s participation in the Nile Expo comes at a crucial time as they establish their regional presence and introduce their regenerative development model to a wider audience in the Gulf region.
