The Saeed Ahmed Lootah Charity Foundation has announced a significant contribution of AED 10 million to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign. This initiative was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who serves as the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai.

The primary goal of the campaign is to honor fathers in the UAE by creating a sustainable endowment fund that will provide treatment and healthcare for those in need. This contribution is part of a broader community response to the campaign, which is facilitated by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI). The initiative emphasizes the importance of honoring parents, compassion, and community solidarity, enhancing the UAE’s reputation as a leader in charitable and humanitarian efforts.
Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, who is the Deputy Chairman of Police and Public Security in Dubai and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saeed Ahmed Lootah Charity Foundation, commented on the significance of the campaign. He stated that the Fathers’ Endowment campaign reflects the UAE’s commitment to humanitarian work, showcasing the noble values of honoring parents and fostering social solidarity. He added that “sustainable charitable funds represent a pioneering model that ensures continued giving and strengthens the foundation of philanthropic work.”
The Fathers’ Endowment campaign continues to invite donations and contributions from both individuals and institutions. Contributions can be made through six main channels, including the campaign’s official website, Fathersfund.ae, and a dedicated toll-free call center at 800 4999.
