With over 30 years of experience, Datafusion specializes in providing secure communication and intelligence solutions for telecom operators, law enforcement agencies, and government entities.

Lumine Group, renowned for acquiring communications and media software businesses, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Datafusion Systems. This acquisition is expected to enhance Lumine’s standing in the signaling and security market, enriching its product range and extending its market reach. Furthermore, this will mark Lumine Group’s first acquisition in the UAE once the transaction is finalized.

Tony Garcia, the Chief Operating Officer at Lumine Group, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating that Datafusion will be a significant and exciting addition.
