Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai, has directed the establishment of the “Dubai PropTech Hub.” This initiative aims to enhance Dubai’s status as a global leader in real estate innovation. The Hub is designed to significantly increase the size of the PropTech market in the region.

The initiative’s goal is to more than double the size of the PropTech market, providing a dedicated space for technology-driven real estate solutions. The Hub will also serve as a platform for startups, investors, and established companies to collaborate and innovate within the sector.

In his directives, Hamdan bin Mohammed emphasized the importance of fostering innovation in real estate, highlighting that the new Hub will contribute to the overall growth and development of this industry in Dubai.
