UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in Abu Dhabi to discuss ways to enhance cooperation across various fields. The meeting emphasized the importance of fraternal relations between the two nations, as reported by the national news agency Wam.

During their discussions, the leaders reviewed regional and international issues that are of mutual interest, particularly focusing on the latest developments in the Middle East. They exchanged views on the ongoing efforts to address these pressing matters.

In honor of the visiting Qatari Emir and his delegation, Sheikh Mohamed hosted a luncheon, further symbolizing the strong ties between the UAE and Qatar. Sheikh Tamim’s visit to the UAE was characterized as a fraternal one, highlighting the close relationship between the two countries.
