Dubai Opens Nad Al Sheba Mall Featuring Over 100 Stores

Dubai has officially opened the Nad Al Sheba Mall, a new retail destination owned and operated by Dubai Holding Asset Management. This mixed-use development spans 500 000 square feet and features more than 100 stores, encompassing fitness, retail, entertainment, food and beverage, and healthcare options.

The mall is designed to offer premium wellness facilities, including a rooftop gym, swimming pool, and padel courts. It also provides over 900 parking spaces, ensuring easy access for visitors. Located near schools and residential areas, the mall is expected to attract significant foot traffic.

The spacious layout of the mall integrates both indoor and outdoor areas, fostering a lively atmosphere for shopping, dining, and leisure activities. Fareed Abdelrahman, Managing Director of Retail Destinations at Dubai Holding Asset Management, emphasized that Dubai’s retail sector is crucial for economic growth and enhances the quality of life for residents. He stated that the Nad Al Sheba Mall is a strategic addition to their retail portfolio, aimed at meeting visitors’ daily needs while providing opportunities for businesses to flourish in a growing market.

In the context of Dubai’s dynamic retail landscape, recent reports indicate that Majid Al Futtaim is investing Dh5 billion to expand the Mall of the Emirates, which will add 100 new stores and various entertainment and dining options.
