The Burjeel Cancer Institute in the UAE has officially launched a new centre aimed at providing comprehensive care for women facing malignant and benign breast conditions. This facility is designed to integrate diagnostics, personalized treatment, and dedicated support services for its patients.

Located within Burjeel Medical City, the Burjeel Breast Center features a survivorship programme tailored for women who are post-treatment cancer survivors. The centre aims to support these individuals as they navigate their recovery journeys and reintegrate into daily life.

The new facility is equipped with advanced technology, including HOLOGIC’s 3Dimensions™ Mammography System, which is utilized for detecting breast abnormalities. Additionally, an AI-driven radiology system is in place to assist in interpreting mammograms, ultrasounds, and MRIs, ensuring precise diagnostics for patients.
