IPS 2025 to Open in Dubai with Over 300 Global Exhibitors

The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2025) is set to take place from April 14 to 16 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This year’s event will feature more than 300 exhibitors from around the world, showcasing a variety of real estate projects, innovations, and investment opportunities. Organizers expect over 16 000 visitors to attend, highlighting the event’s importance in the real estate sector.

Key exhibitors at IPS 2025 include prominent names such as Kleindienst Group, BEYOND Developments, Union Properties, Danube Properties, Reportage Properties, Sobha Realty, BinGhatti Properties, Samana Group, and NAR India. Participants will come from diverse locations including the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, along with significant representation from Pakistan such as DHA Quetta and DHA Gujranwala.

Dawood Al Shezawi, President of IPS, emphasized that the show aims to connect investors and stakeholders while showcasing global trends and technologies. He noted that the event will promote sustainable, high-yield investment opportunities in the real estate market. Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group, described IPS as a platform that highlights future-ready, sustainable luxury developments.

Adil Taqi, CEO of BEYOND Developments, pointed out that the event aligns with Dubai’s Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, enhancing the city’s premium real estate offerings through innovative waterfront living concepts. Union Properties CEO Amer Khansaheb mentioned that IPS presents a crucial opportunity for forming partnerships centered on sustainable development.

Rizwan Sajan, Chairman of Danube Properties, stressed the significance of affordability and innovation, referencing the company’s 1 percent payment plan. Reportage Group reiterated its commitment to quality and timely delivery, leveraging its debt-free operational model. Sobha Realty’s Ashish Parakh highlighted the event’s role in attracting global investors and setting industry benchmarks. Muhammad BinGhatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, described IPS as a platform where vision meets opportunity, reflecting the company’s commitment to blending lifestyle, art, and architectural innovation.
