The Crisis Management Technologies Exhibition in Abu Dhabi has set a new global benchmark for the UAE by entering the Guinness World Records for showcasing the largest transparent interactive screen, which spans an impressive 12 567 square meters. This achievement highlights the UAE’s commitment to technological advancements in crisis management.

The successful accomplishment was made possible through the efforts of the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA). The official Guinness World Records certificate was presented to Ali Rashid Al Neyadi, the Director-General of NCEMA, by Hanane Spiers, the Official Adjudicator for the MENA Region.
In a statement, Al Neyadi expressed pride in this achievement, stating that it reflects the UAE’s aspiration to be a model for others by striving for excellence. He emphasized NCEMA’s commitment to utilizing advanced technologies and innovative solutions to enhance the emergency and crisis management ecosystem, improve preparedness, and promote public engagement while supporting societal readiness for future challenges.
The large interactive screen utilizes smart glass technology combined with advanced artificial intelligence. It offers a holographic display with motion-sensing capabilities that allow visitors to interact using hand gestures, creating an immersive experience that sets a new standard in technology demonstrations.
